1. Invitation to Innowell​

Innowell is an online mental health platform that helps you communicate with your care team through documenting and measuring a range of mental health problems and mental illness symptoms.

You will need access to either a computer or smartphone / tablet to use Innowell.​

​When your clinician adds you to the Innowell platform, which only requires an email address, you will receive an invitation like the picture on the right.​

The invitation will briefly describe the benefits of the platform and will contain a link that allows you to start the onboarding process.

2. Onboarding Questionnaire​

Innowell offers what is referred to as ’measurement-based care’. MBC means that, in addition to the conversations you will have with your clinician, you will also use the Innowell platform to answer a series of questions from research-backed assessment tools that help measure your symptoms. Over time, you will be able to see your progress by reviewing visualizations of your answers.

To help provide you with the right care, you will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires during the onboarding process. This will provide your clinician the necessary information to work with you on a treatment plan.​

Depending on how your service has configured the Innowell platform, this can take between 10 and 30 minutes.

3. Dashboard​

The dashboard is the primary experience you will have with the platform. It is the page you will see first every time you sign-in.​

The dashboard has three primary sections…​

Health Snapshot​

The Health Snapshot section shows the results of the more frequently taken questionnaires and allows you to see how you are doing those domains relative to each other. ​

Health Priorities​

During conversations with your clinician and based on the results of your questionnaires, you may decide that you want to focus on specific areas of your mental health. Moving domains into the Health Priorities section is an easy way for you to communicate this with your clinician and is a good reminder of what you have committed to.​

Latest Results​

This section contains the latest results of all the questionnaires you’ve taken. It will also show the direction of change, if you’ve taken the questionnaire multiple times, and how long it’s been since you’ve updated the questionnaire.​

4. Domain Information​
